Every product remains valid for a duration of one year starting from the date of purchase, not from the activation date. Beyond this timeframe, we retain the authority to close the account for any reason.
Absolutely not! The simplicity of Qicky is in its accessibility. Anyone can tap your Qicky product or scan your Qicky QR code from your Qicky account next to your profile picture and that’s it. They’ve got all the info you want to share, just like that!
Of course! Qicky account are dynamic, so you can change anytime, anywhere. Your changes will immediately be reflected in the results when someone taps or scans to reach your page.
Any phone that has QR or NFC capability can use Qicky products. This is true for 99% of smartphones today. A full list of NFC-ready phones can be found here: compatible devices
For iOS, phones as far back as the 5S, and for Android, practically all devices can scan the Qicky QR code with their cameras. This can be found through the QR code button that you will find next to your Qicky profile picture.
In addition, you can share your Qicky profile link the traditional way through text, airdrop, e-mail, or any other means.
